Brooks completely redesigned the Cascadia to give trail runners more confidence, stability, and grip. The all-new Trail Adapt System combines DNA LOFT v2 cushioning foam with a middle-loaded Ballistic Rock Shield and zonal outsole pods — allowing the shoe to adapt to uneven terrain and keep you in control on any surface.
Inspired by the anatomy of mountain goat hooves, the new TrailTack® Rubber outsole delivers exceptional grip. A split forefoot design enhances traction, while zonal pods provide superior control. Made with 25% recycled materials.
Dual layers of DNA LOFT v2 cushioning surround the Ballistic Rock Shield for protection against roots and rocks without sacrificing flexibility. A TPU toecap and mudguard add durability and trail protection where you need it most.
